Hi All,
We have to eat in order to have the energy to perform our daily tasks and to enjoy the many beautiful things in this world. However, do we really know what to eat so that we can be healthy? Many diseases are associated with unhealthy eating. Hence, it is important to know what to eat so that we will not be victims of such diseases.
This week, I would like you to reflect on your eating habits. To help you, I have listed some questions below:
1. What do you usually have for breakfast, lunch and dinner?
2. Do you think you are eating healthily? Why?
3. Do you know some of the unhealthy food adults and children like to eat?
4. Why is important to eat healthily?
5. What are the benefits of eating fruits and vegetables?
6. Do you like to eat fruits and vegetables? Why?

Some of the unhealthy is 'meat and chicken'.
To keep my self feet and not to get my self sick easily.

i usually have bread and peanut butter with bread for breakfast. i also usually have mee soto,mee rebus, soto ayam and soup ayam for lunch. i usually have rice toufu and brocoli for dinner.yes. because iam am eating almost everthing that is healthy that are listed on the healthy pyramid.i know somethings that we like to eat that is not healthy,here are the things that are not healthy to eat fried chicken, fries and nuggets

ReplyDeleteI eat healthy food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I eat fish, fruits and vegetables. I eat less sweets. Eating healthy foods will make you live longer and keep you away from cancer. A lot of people like fried foods. Fried foods are not good for our body.
I eat fruits like apple, oranges and grapes. My mother said it is good for the skin. Brocolli and kangkong are my favorite veggies. veggies is nice and keep caner away. Yes,it is very go for your health , get it out your caner and caner is bad for your body and you can die!!! that bad you must stay long and it is more nice.

In the morning, I drink a cup of milk only because i do not like to eat so early. I bring some sandwiches to eat during recess.
ReplyDeleteI like to eat fish, chicken and eggs for my lunch and dinner. I like eating fruits and apples is my favourite fruit, but I do not like to eat vegetables so my mum would make fruits and vegetables juice for me
Fruits and vegetables are good because they contain fibre and vitamins
I want to be healthy so I will try to eat more vegetables and cut down on the fried food
During breakfast i have bread and coffee.I like to have speggethie during my lunch at home.When dinner i have rice and some others dishes.Not really, sometimes my food are not really heathy.Mayby fastfood.Fruits and vegetables are really good for kids and adults.Keep our teeth strong and our body fit.I like to eat fruits vegetables, because they can help me grow, besides i'm in the sports class.
